Moses Abrahams< no role > of Bury Street Saint Mary Axe London
Gentleman and Henry Noah< no role > one of the above Defendants of Windsor
Street Bishopsgate Street London Merchant Severally Make Oath as
follows And first the said Moses Abrahams for himself saith that he on the
behalf on the said Henry Noah caused to be said out a Subpana under
the Seal of this Honourable Court in this Cause And this Deponents
further saith he filled up a Copy of same for Samuel Nathan< no role > of little
Somerset Street White Chapple London aforesaid Merchant (wheras this
Deponent has been informed and verily believes a Material Witness for the
said Henry Noah in this Cause) and this Deponent further saith he Yesterday
Pa [..] a the ofwent to the House of the said Samuel Nathan and
Made Diligent Enquiry after him in order to Serve a Copy of the Subpana
in him when this Deponent on such enquiry was informed by the said Samuel Nathan's wife and which
Information be verily believes to the true that the said Samuel Nathan was gone
to Paris in the Kingdom, of France and has been gone almost a Month
and that She does not expect him in England till about the latter End of this Month
at which time She assured this Deponent She had not the least Doubt of
his being in England, And the said Henry Noach for himself saith
that the said Samuel Nathan is a very Material Witness for him this
Deponent on the Tryal of this said Cause and without whose
