1 Joseph Smith< no role > , committed by J. Barnfather, Esq ; on oath of Andrew
Obrien
< no role > and another, for burglariously breaking and entering his
dwelling-house, and stealing two coats, and a waistcoat value 20s.
Dated Dec.12, 1771.

2 Thomas Linnier< no role > , (a Drummer in the Western Regiment of the Militia,)
committed by Joseph Keeling< no role > , Esq ; for the space of three months on
a conviction before him, on the statute of the seventh of his present
Majesty, for misbehaviour, negligence in his duty, and disobedience to
the orders of his adjutant. Dated Dec. 13, 1771.

3 Francis Talbot< no role > , committed by Sir John Fielding< no role > , Knt . on oath of Wil-
liam Hillier
< no role > and others, on suspicion of having burglariosly broke and
entered his dwelling-house in the night-time, with intent to commit
felony therein. Dated Dec.18, 1771.

Detained on oath of Richard Brewer< no role > and another, on suspicion of having
feloniously and burglariously broke and entered his dwelling-house in the
city of London , and stolen a quantity of silver plate. Dated Dec, 27,
1771.

and W. Kelynge, Esq ; on oath of William Rowe< no role > , for feloniously steal-
ing, and taking from and out of the General-Post Office in Lombard-
street , in the city of London , a certain letter directed to Mr. John Gill-
man
< no role > , at Widmon , near Bromley in Kent. Dated Dec.18, 1771.

Detained on oath of John Price< no role > , Richard Partington< no role > , and John Dupre< no role > ,
for feloniously secreting and embezzling in the city of London , a certain
letter, directed to Mrs. Kezia Price< no role > , Hay , Brecknockshire , which he
was entrusted with, and which came to his hands and possession, con-
taining a bank-note of the value of the value of 101. Dated Dec. 18, 1771.

Spagg, Esqrs . on oath of Edward Stockdell< no role > and others, for stealing a
silver watch, a chain, and a seal, two guineas and a half, and some
shillings. Dated Dec. 27, 1771.

oath of William Smith< no role > , on suspicion of burglariously entering his room
in the dwelling-house of Edward Webb< no role > , and stealing a coat and waist-

Detained on oath of Elizabeth Talboys< no role > , on suspicion of burglariously
entering the room of William Smith< no role > , in the dwelling-house of Edward
Webb, and stealing a gown and a petticoat her property. Dated Jan. 2,
1772.
