who are all common Thieves and House
breakers, that on Monday Morning last he was called up into the Room of the Said

in Sea Coal Lane Fleet Market
where he found the said John Sidy< no role >
the Said John Cannon< no role >
the Said William Sidy< no role >
and the Said John Sidy's Wife,
that the said persons last mentioned shewed him a great Quantity of Silver Plate and
Men's Wearing Apparel Viz. a Silver Kitchen three Silver Cups several Silver
Spoons Silver Buttons Etc and two Hilts of Swords, and Suit of Velvet with a Border,
a Suit of Pompadour with Silver Lace a blue Silk Waistcoat and other Apparel, Etc
white Silk Waistcoat with Gold Lace, and desired this Informant to buy the Same,
that this Informant not having Money sufficient to pay for the Said Goods the Said
persons last mentioned desired him to take away part of the Said Goods at a Time
& when he brought Money for such part he should have another part and so
on till the whole was conveyed away that this Informant accordingly carried away
the said Silver Plate at three different Parcels bringing the Money for each parcel when
he went to fetch a Succeeding one, that he always found the Said four persons together in
the Said Room except once when the Said William Sidy< no role >
was absent, that he carried
all the Silver Plate above mentioned to the house of one Lazarus Jacobs< no role >
in Ball Court

where it was received by Jacob Jacobs< no role >
the Son of the Said Lazarus
who gave this Informant the Money for each respective Parcel, that the Said Lazarus
Jacobs was at home when this Informant carried One of the Said parcels of Silver plate
and Saw this Informant, that the whole Quantity of Silver Plate so received by the
Said Lazarus & Jacob Jacobs< no role >
was 650 ounces & upwards for which the Said Jacob
Jacobs paid this Informant at the Rate of 4s/10d P Ounce, that on Monday Evening
last the said John Cannon< no role >
and one of the said Sidy's sold to this Informant the
wearing Apparel and Pistols & Linen now produced at the Room in Seacoal Lane
aforesaid for £20. that yesterday the Said John Sidy and his Wife shewed this
Informant a Case containing nine Rings now produced and two Cases containing
several Buckles; that several Months ago he this Informant bought a Silver Watch
and a Metal Watch from the Said George Burch< no role >
and one Thomas' Bird< no role >
who
has since been executed which Watches he this Informant believes were
stolen and which Watches this Informant afterward sold to Some Jews
