Conspiracy on the Prosecution of

William Phillips< no role > Clerk to Mr. John Webb< no role >
of Clifford's Inn London Solicitor for the Defendant Sir John
Webb in this Cause maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on
the fifth day of September instant Personally Serve the Prosecutor
James Stephen< no role > with a Notice in writing Purporting that the
Court would be Moved at the next General Session of Oyer
and Terminer to be holden for the City of London at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey on Wednesday the Twelfth day of September
Instant at Twelve of the Clock at noon or as Soon after as
Counsel could be heard that the Recognizance entred into by
the said Defendant Sir John Webb< no role > and his Bail for his
Appearance at the said Session to Try his Traverse on the Indictment
by the said James Stephen< no role > Pref [..] the said
Sir John Webb< no role > and others for a Conspiracy might be respited
until the next Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for the
said City on Account of the said Sir John Webb< no role > 's having been
Obliged to go to the German Spa for the Benefit of his health
