The Examination of Daniel Pfluyer< no role > taken before
Us two of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for
the said County the fifteenth Day of May 1770

This Examinant being charged on the Oath of Robert Walker< no role >
of little Carter Lane in the City of London Sugar Refiner on
Suspicion of Feloniously taking and carrying away from and
out of his said Dwelling Houseonetwo pair of [..] New Dog Skin
leather Shoes five Silver Table Spoons two Silver Tea Spoons
one pair of Silver Tea Tongs one pair of Silver Shoes Buckles
one pair of Metal Ditto one Green Silk Purse two Silver
Crown pieces one Silver French Crown Piece one Silver
Spanish Dollar one Silver Prussion Rex Dollar one Gold
piece commonly called a Three Pound Twelve and sundry
other goods and Monies the property of him the said Robert
Walker Saith that hefoundgot into the [..] Cellar of the Dwelling
House of him the said Robert Walker< no role > and from thence
into the Sugar House and then into the Compting House
and there took an Iron Choper and Broke open the Desk
and took from out of the same a Quantity of [..]
Gold and Silver, and then went to the Closet in the same
room and took five Silver Table Spoons two Silver Ten
Spoons one pair of Silver Tongs two pair of Shoes one pair
of Silver Buckles and then went away with the same
to his Lodgings in Wentworth Street White Chapel
