maketh Oath and Saith that the Above Defendant hath
for three weeks last past & upwards been greatly Afflicted
& much Indisposed by an Ague and Fever together with the gout
And for the last Ten daysbyReason of such Complaints rath been &
now is confined to her Bed & is Attended by Doctor Haberden
And this Deponent also Saith that he this Morning
Attended the said Defendant who was in Bed And saith
that According to his this Deponents Judgment and Belief
the said Defendant on husband of such Disorders now is
And will be totaly [..] able of [..] ng her room &
Appearing at the Present Sessions at the Old Bailey
to take her Trial without the utmost Agony and Pain
and being in great Danger of being her Life
