and Saith that he this Deponent with another Bail
relying on the word and Depending upon the Integrity
of the abovenamed Defendant Richard Barrington< no role >
entred
into a Recognizance for his appearance to answer to an
Indictment if any preferred against him in December Sessions last and this Deponent
further Saith that he the said Defendant hath
withdrawn and Secreted himself though this Deponent
hath make the most Diligent Search and Inquiry
after him at his last place of abode and at all
places where he used to frequent in order to bring
him before the Court for the purpose aforesaid yet
such Search hath hitherto proved in effectual and
further this Deponent Saith that he will use his
utmost Endeavours to apprehend or Cause him to be
apprehended to have him before this Court the next
Session to take his Tryal on the said Indictment
