To the Right Honble. the Lord Mayor the Recorder and the
rest of his Majestys Justices of the peace of the City of London
in their General Quarter Sessions of the peace at the
Guildhall of the same City assmbled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
andtheOverseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Olave in
Southwark in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by an order or pass Warrant dated the first day of
April instant under the hands and seals of two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the said City Mary Cooper< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St. Katherine Creechurch within
the said City to the said Parish of St. Olave in Southwark in the
County of Surry as the place of her last legal settlement

That your Petitioners apprehend and are advised
that the lat legal settlement of the said Mary is not in the Parish
of St. Olave Southwark And therefore apprehend themselves to
be aggrieved by the said pass Warrant or Order of Removal and
do appeal to Your Worships against the same

Your Petitioners and Appellants therefore
humbly pray that yourPetitonersWorships will please to
proceed to the hearing of this their Appeal whereof the
Respond unto have Notice And that this those appeal
