farther saith that the Materials were brought to her by Mrs. Holmes as was also
their Materials for five Hatts now produced and that they were all made up for Sale
saw [..] since sd. Bankruptey She saw in sd. Holmes's possession at Stonsbridge Fair two pieces
of [..] net two [..] of Silk for Night Gowns and several Sacks hung up for Sale

The Information of Isaac Dupree< no role > of Spital Fields Weaver
and John Lowis< no role > of the same Weaver

Who being upon Oath severally say that they are assignees under a Commissions
of Bankruptey lately awarded against Richd. Holmes< no role > of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the liberty of Westminsr . in the County of Middlesex Mercer and farther
say that they have Just cause to suspect, and [..] verily believe that the said Richard
Holmes hath feloniously concealed part of his Estate and effects to the amount
of Twenty pounds and upwards with Intent Defraud his Creditors thereof
Contrary to the Statute Etc.
