and Saith that Mary< no role > the wife of Robert Burgesse< no role > of the Parish
of Saint Sepulchers London Clock maker is now very Ill and Incapable
of Coming out without Great Danger to her Person and Health
(as This Depont. verily believes) And this Depont. further Saith that the
said Mary Burgesse< no role > is a Material Witness for this Depont. on the Tryal
of this Indictment and without whose Testimony this Depont. cannot
Safely Proceed to the Tryal thereof (as this Depont. is Informed and
verily believes to be True.
