Know all Men by these Presents That I Joseph Halford< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Mary Matfellon otherwise White Chapple in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman

have Remised Released and for ever quitt claime and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt claime unto William Benton< no role > of
the Parish of Saint George the Martyr in Southwark in the County of
Surry Marchalsea Court Officer and Thomas [..] of the Parish
of Saint Mary Newington Butts in the County aforesaid Tallow Chandler
their and each of their
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
