John Willis< no role > Entred into Recognizance before,
me John Fielding< no role > Esquire (pursuant to the
Statute of the 18th. of Elizabeth) as to a Female
Bastard Child Born of the Body of Ann Razey< no role >
Single Woman in the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the City of London whereof the said Charles
is the putative Father Now we whose Names
are Under Written Do hereby Certifye that the
said Charles Hagstone< no role > hath this Day made
full Satisfaction to the said Parish for the same and
we do hereby Acquitt from ale Charges thereon
And Disire the said Recognizance may be Discharged
