to the Prison of Woodstreet Compter

the eighteenth day of December last, by virtue
of the Warrant of the Right Worshipful

one of the Aldermen
of the City of London
upon Inspicion of not fully discovering his Estate
and Effects under a Comission of Bankrupty
agst
him and of concealing the same to the Value
of twenty Pounds with Intent to defrand his
Credrs. As appears by a Copy of the sd Warrant
of Comittment annext: And now remains

That Your Petitioner is entirely
Innocent of the Offence in the said Comittment
Specified or any other Felony or Crime Whator.
Wherefore Your Petitioner Prays that
he may be tried bailed or discharged
