Upon hearing the Council on the behalf of the Prosecutrix
andwhat was Alledged by the Councilon the behalf of the
Defentantsand it being proposed by the Court for the

not Molest or disturb him but she could find no such Security
Thereforeit is by the Consent of the Council on both sides
Ordered that all matters in Difference between the
partyes be referred to the present Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the lower precinct
of the parish of Saint Bottolph without [..]
Aldgate in the County of Middx And that the said
Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor do Settle
what Allowance the said Daniel Russel< no role > is to payaccording
to his Circumstances as they in their discretion of [..]
fitfor the support & maintenance of the Prosecutrix
