The Information of Paul Hardy< no role > and
John Bligh< no role > taken before me one of this
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the sd
County

Who being Severally on Oath say, and first the
Said Paul Hardy< no role > for himself saith, that his dwelling House
is in Warwick Lane in the City of London , And this Informt:
saith, that on monday Evening last about ten o Clock this Informt
made fast the several fastnings to this Informts. House
and went to Bed, and the next morning bout Seven this
Informt: Sound the Cellar door of the sd: House had been Opened
by means of a part of in being [..] Cut away Sufficient
to put in a hand to threw back the fastning of the sd:
Cellar Poor And this Informt: found Stolen out of his said
House that night a Silver pint pot, two Table Spoons, five Tea Spoons
a pair of Tongs, and a Tae Chest, And this Informt: did
suspect that a person now present who Calls himself
Thomas Broadhead< no role > , who had formerly lived with this
Informt: an a Servant and well knew the ways of his House was the
person who broke open this Informts: Cellar and this Informt:
Caused him to be Apprehended by the other Informt:and
and upon him was found the sd: [..] pair of Tea Tongs, two of the
Sd: Tea Spoons, and other of the Tea Spoons broke in
Peices, And the sd: Broadhead did in the hearing of
the Other Informt: confess the opening of this Informt.
Cellar door about one o Clock and Stealing the sd: things, and the two Table
Spoons the Sd: Broadhead said, that he had his in an
Empty Stall in Bloomsbury Markt : and the Silver [..]
Pot in Southampton Fields , and this Informt [..]
