the Parish of Saint Margaret Lothbury London

William Simmonds< no role > of Thames Street London Coal Merchant one of the
Churchwardens of the said Parish of Saint Mary Somerset maketh Oath that
he this Deponent is not able to produces Elizabeth< no role > to hite the Wife of John
White
< no role > and their Child James< no role > at the General Quarter Session of the Peace
holden at Guildhall in an for the said City, of London at the Hearing of the Appeal
in this Cause the thirtieth day of June Instant [..] this Deponent having
never heard of or seen the said Elizabeth White< no role > or James White< no role > since
the said Elizabeth White< no role > first applyed to this Deponent with the Order
of Recoveall bearing date the Sixth day of June Instant on the day
of the Date thereof and not knowing now whereto find them And this Deponent
further saith that he this Deponent did not receive the said Notice [..]
