and having accordingly viewed the said Timber
Partitions and Brick Walls do humbly certifie that the said Timber
Partitions and Brick Walls so intended to be pulled down as aforesaid
are defective and Ruinous and ought to be pulled down As Witness
our Hands this Fifth day of March 1755
