Mr. Daniel Blackwell< no role > Surgeon Says that he has Opend the Body of the said
Mathew Mc. Cure< no role > & found that he dyed of a Dropsy for that the Liver and the
Left Kidney were very much disordered even to putrefaction which Often happens
in the Disorder of the Dropsy, Says there was no External Injury, And no
Extrasacited Blood or any Simptoms of any Ill Usage from any Blows
Whatever, But Imagines that he dyed of a Dropsy & not by any Blows
he could have received

Mr. Wm. Sharp Surgeon Declares as above

Mr. Thos. Robinson< no role > Apothecary to St. Bartholomews Hospital Says that
on the 11th: day of Octor. he came into the sd. Hospital & Complaind of a Pain
on his Side Occasioned by a Bruise But did not tell how he came by it
And that he was discharged from the sd. Hospital the 28th. of Novmeber
following by his own desire
