Kelly maketh Oath that for

this Dept. by the Defends. Garnetts
proposals of [..] Anncable
Accamadate of all Differences
between him of this Dept. was
Amufeel & prevented from prosecuteing
the Sd Deft. Garrett upon the Indictment as him
in this Cause & the Dept. further Saith that Swell
last Notice given this Dept. in this Causeth at the sd.
Defendt. George Garnett would Stand his Trail
this present Session the Sd Deft. Garrett offered
& proposed to this Dept. (wch. this Dept. agreed to, to
enter into Bonds of arbitration for ending
all Difference between him & this Depeby adward
of Two Counsill & that this Day this Dept.
in the prsence of Mr. Wm. Tapping< no role > [..] of ye sd Deft
Bail in this Cause Sigudan Consent he that Effect
Wd. the sd Mr. Tapping Subscribed as a Witness
proceseing from ye sd Deft. as he told this Dept.
wch. he believe to be true that ye so Deft Garnett
wd Signe & execute ye sd Consent also Wch. he Since
refused to do to Depts. friends & the Dept. Saith that he was
annused & prvented from pre [..] ing for ye Trail
& prosecution of ye Deft. Garnet this Cause by ye
aforesd Annsexuts & offers & premisses of ye sd Deft
