The Examination of Sarah Coe< no role > taken on Oath before me
this Twelfth Day of July 1749 .

This Examinant on her Oath says that on Friday last Frank
Wiggs
< no role > Bricklayer who married this Deponents Cousin, went to the
Dept: who lives Servant withmoseley milliner< no role > Grane Church Street London, and desired
to borrow Seven Shillings and Six pence of this Deponent, to rede [..]
his Wife's Cloths from Down, upon which this Dept: told Him this
had it not to lend Him, but this Dept: asked Him to sell Doup
and eat Some Victuals and went to draw Him some beer
and at this Dept: came out, of the Cellar with the Beer the most
the said Francis Wiggs< no role > at the Bottom of Hitchin Stairs 4
going out of the House, But this Dept: gave Beer and
He drank at and went out of the House twenty; and this Dept.
says that the then went into the Kitchen and missed a Silver
Spoon belonging to her Mistress marked with the Letter's D.M
with [..] of the stand and apron [..]
Kitchin whilesh She went to draws the Beer for the said Francis
Wiggs, and this Examinants says she realy thinks there was
nobody Else in the said Kitchin but the said Francis Wiggs< no role > .
Whilesh she went to draw the Beer for him at aforesaid, and
this Dept: says She had Reason to think so because she never
heard the Hatch at the Street Door either open or Shutt which
She was Drawing the Beer, but when she went out of the Collar
She found It in the same Order as She left it when she wents
into the Cellar; And at this Examination beleives there was
Nobody in the Kitchen at the Time aforesaid but the said
Francis Wiggs< no role > She [..] verily beleives the said Francis Wigge< no role > out
the said Silver Spoon and This Examinant Says upon
her missing the said Spoon as aforesaid She herself went after
him to his Lodgings, but could not find him there or any where [..]
