for the said City at their General Sessions of the peace assembled

The Humble petition and appeal of the Church
Warden and Overseer of the poor of the Hamlet
of popler and Blackwall in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of
Sr . Robert Ladbroke< no role > and Sr . Robert Alsop< no role > Knts . two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said City (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twentieth day of January last past Whereby Mary Harper< no role >
Widow of Benjamin Harper< no role > was removed from the parish of Saint
Chr Church in the City of London aforesaid to the said Hamlet of
popler and Blackwall in the County of Middlesex at the place of her
last legal Settlement

By Which said Warrant or Order your petitioner conceive
themselves Aggrieved and humbly appeal to this Court
against the same praying such relief in the premisses
as to this Court shall seem meet.
