in which the Felony Charged in the
Indictment
was committed And that he hath been several

to subpena them to Attend the Trial of this Cause as

informed by the Neighbours and verify believes that the

was comitted to Newgate

Mayor for this Felony And further saith that he his
not yet been able to find out where they live but that be
is in hopes to find em out before next session And
