The Deft. was Indicted last Sessions for Treasonable Words
& was "Bailed sometime since before my Lord Mayor to Try his
Traverse this Sessions, He has given Mr. Sharpe Notice of
Motion to respite his Recognizance till next Sessions of the
peace for London, Mr. Sharpe directed me to acquaint you he
has no Objection to the Recognizance being respited till
next Sessions if the Court pleases to do it I am
