The humble Petiton & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn in the said City

Sheweth

That William Pawley< no role > of the Liberty of the Rolls
in the County of Middlesex Vintner hath unlawfully
begotten on the body of one Elizabeth Hill< no role > Singlewoman
a Male Bastard Child which hath been lately born a
Bastard in the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
and is become chargeable to the Parishioners of the said
Parish and that the said William Pawley< no role > the of sufficient Ability
to maintain such Bastard Child refuses to do

Yor. Petitioners therefore Appeal to this
Honble. Court And may such Releif in the
Premisses as to your Lordship & Worship
shall seem meet
