The Humble Peition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate the City of London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Passwarrant Under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said City of London and Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 24th. Day of February 1743 Sarah Dilla
Barnadera< no role > and her two Children Richard < no role > Aged Nine years and
Michael < no role > Aged four years were Removed from the Parish of St.
Botolph Aldgate London To the Parish of St. Botolph Bishopsgate
London Aforesaid Adjudging the Last Legal Settlement of the
Said Sarah Dilla Barnadera and her said two Children to be
there And Your Petrs. Conceiving themselves Agrived by the
said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly
Appeal there from and humbly pray such Relief in the
Premises as to your Lordship and Worships shall seem
meet and Convenient.
