City of London
at the Guild hall
within the said City on
Monday the third day of December 1744.
It is Ordered by this Court that the Warden of the Fleet
Prison do bring or cause to be brought the body of Samuel
Stanton
(now a Prisoners in the said Prison of the Fleet
for debt) before this Court Immediately in Order to be
discharged from his Imprisonment According to the
directions in a Certain Act of Parliament made in the
Sixteenth Year of the Reign of King George the Second
of Great Britain Etc Intituled an Act for the relief of
Insolvent debtors
