The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of [..]
in the West in the City of London .

Sheweth

That by a Warrant under the hands and Seals of
the Right Honourable Robert Willimott< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor
of the said City and George Arnold< no role > Esquire two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said City bearing
date the eleventh day of January 1742 William Carpenter< no role > and
Susannah < no role > his Wife were removed from the Parish of St. Bridgett
vulgarly St. Brides in the said City to to the said Parish of
St. Dunstan in the West as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the said William [..] Carpenter< no role > & Susannah
Wife by which your Petitioners find themselves aggreived and
humbly appeal to this Court against the said Order.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray your Lordship will hear and
determine the Matter of this Appeal
and give Such Releif as to your
Lordship shall Seem Meet
