Jonathan Jordan< no role > one of the Defendants in this Cause maketh
Oath and saith that the matters of this Prosecution by the
Defendants Aplication for a Note prosequi were before
Sr. [..] ley Ryder Knt . his Majestys Attorney Generall and
the same were not determined till last Night therefore this
Deponent is not able and prepared to give Notice of Tryal
this Session this Deft. Apprehending his Majestys said
Attorney Generall would have been pleased to have
granted a Note prosequi therefore did not give notice of
Tryal Pursuant to the Course of this Court And this Depont
saith he made [..] Application to the said Attorney Generall
for the granting a Noble Prosequi on or about the
twenty fifth day of April last
