This Court doth Order and direct that the hearing and determining of
the Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chappell
in the County of Middlesex
Seting forth that by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant bearing Date
the twelfth Day of December One thousand seven hundred and forty

deceased and his four
Children

his former Wife that is to say Sebret< no role >
aged eight

London into the said Parish of Saint Mary White
Chappell
in the County of Middlesex
alledging the same to be the place
of their last legal Settlement be adjourned to Monday the twenty
sixth Day of April next coming And the same is by this Court adjourned
accrodingly And it is further Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary White
Chappell in the County of Middlesex
do forthwith pay or cause to be
paid unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
London the Sum of Twenty
shillings for their Costs being the Common
Cost for this Day.
