The Hble Petion & Appeal of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St Andrew Undershaft London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City and
Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
ninth day of December last past Thomas Lindsay< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St Andrew Hubbard London to the said Parish
of St. Andrew Undershaft London alledging the sd Parish of St Andrew & undershaft London to be the place of his last legal
Settlement.

That your Petrs Conceiving themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of
the said has Justices Do therefore Appeal
to your Lordship and Wordships therefrom
and humbly pray that your Lordsp and
Worships will be pleased to save to
them the benefit of this Appeal over
the next General Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for this City & the
Libertys thereof And that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of
the said Parish of St Andrew Hubbard
London may then appear before you
to hear & abide the Judgment and
determination of your Lordsp & Worships
touching this Appeal
