Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two [..]
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and [..]
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchward [..]
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Alhallows
Staining London That
John Gould< no role > and Sarah< no role > his Wife are
lately come to reside in your a Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and are [..] likely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it [..] ars unto Us by the Oath of
the said John Gould< no role > that he s [..] ved his Apprenticeship
with [..] Allen in the Parish St. Andrew in Holborn
in the County of Middx
And no other Subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
Said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the last Legal
Settlement of the said John Gould< no role > and Sarah< no role > his
Wife
to be in the said Parish of St. Andrew
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor [..]
the said Parish of Allhallows Staining
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
John Gould< no role > and Sarah< no role > his Wife
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
St. Andrew
And them deliver into the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and Seals this Secondday of decr.
