The King agt. Puget

Jonathan Underwood< no role > of the Parish of St. Botolph Bishopsgate
London Grocer Maketh oath That he is a near Neighbour to Mr.
John Puget< no role > the Deft in this Cause & is & for several Years last past
hath been well acquainted with him and frequently visited him
And this Deponent Saith The said John Puget< no role > is and for 2. Years & more last past hath been
grievously afflicted with the Gent and by Means there of confined to his
House & often to his Bed And now Keeps his Chamber and as this Deponent
verily believes hath not been out of it for Three Months now last past
and cannot attend at the Sessions without the utmost Danger of his
Life.

Sworn at the Guild hall the
13th. day of Janry 1741 .
