London Broker Stands Indicted at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for the City of
London at the Guildhall within the said City on Wednesday the Fourteenth day of January last
for Assaulting me the said Addington Turner< no role > To which said Indictment the said Thomas
Dunbabbin hath not appeared and Pleaded Yet the said Matter of Dispute Between Us is
amicably Settled I haveing Received Satisfaction for the Injury which I Sustained on Account
of the Said Assault Now know we That I the said Addington Turner< no role > have Remised
Released and for ever Quilt Claimed and by these Presents Do Remise Release and for
ever Quilt Claim unto the said Thomas Dunbabbin< no role > this Heirs Executors Administrators
All and all manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Quarrells
said Thomas Dunbabbin< no role > I ever had and which Jury Heirs Executors & Administrators
shall or may [..] hereafter have Claime Challenge or Demand for or by reason or
means of such Indictmr. being Prosecutor as aforesaid or any Matter Cause or thing
whatsoever relating thereto from the time of Committing such Assault to the Preferring
