Hopfactor severally make Oath and say and first this Depont.
Ralph Thrale< no role >
for himself Saith that on Friday the third day of
April Instant and also this present Day he went to Bearkey maketh London
and upon Enquiry into the Price of Midling English or British Oates
found the Comon Markett price thereof each of the said Days
to Exceed Sixteen Shillings per Quarter, And this Depont. farther saith
that he is now Seized of a Freehold Estate of the Clear yearly Value
of twenty pounds and upwards over and above all Charges and
Reprizes And this Depont. further saith that he is now an Housekeeper
in Southwarke
in the County of Surry
aforesaid And this Depont
William Goulding< no role >
of for himself saith that on the same third day
of April and also on this present Day he this Depont. went to Bear
Key Markett
aforesaid And upon Inquiry into the Price of Midling
English or British Oates found the Comon Market Price thereof
on each of the said Days to Exceed Sixteen Shillings per Quarters
and this Depont. further Saith that he is not Seized of Freehold Estate
of the Clear yearly Value of Seventy pounds and upwards over and
above all Charges and Reprizes And this Depont. further saith
that he is now no Housekeeper in Southwarke
in the County of Surry
aforesaid, And there Deponts further severally say that they are
[..] Skilfull in the Prizes of Oates, And that they are not nor is
Either of them to the knowledged and beleife of each other a Corn
Chandler Mealman Factor Merchant or Importer of Corn or
any way Interested in any Oates to be Imported
