Sheweth

That by Vertue of an order or Pass Warrant
bearing date the thirtieth day of June last under the
hands & Seals of the Sr. John Salter< no role > Knight Lord Mayor
of the City of London & Sr. Edward Bellamy< no role > Knight
& Alderman of the said City of two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace of the same City (one being of the Quorum)
William Smith< no role > aged one year was removed from the
parish of St. Bethnall at Pauls Wharf London to the
said Parish of St. Sepulchres London Adjudgeing the
said Parish of St. Sepulchres to be the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said William Smith< no role >

That your Petitioners Conceiveing themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant & Judgement of
the said two Justices humbly appeal to this
honourable Court therefrom
