The Humble Petiton and Appeale of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St. Mary White Chapel in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or Order [..] under the hands
and Seals of the said Sr. John Salter< no role > and George Champion< no role > Esqr .
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said City of
London and Liberties thereof Bearing date the Twenty Second day
of September 1740 Ann Tole< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. said to be the wife of Francis Tole< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. was removed from the parish of
Saint Sepulchres London to the said Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel to the Place of her last Legal Settlement
By which said pass Warrant or Order of Removal
your Petitioners apprehend themselves agrieved and Do
appeal to this Court against the same.

Therefore your Petr. and appellants pray
that this Court will Please to Appoint a day this
present Sessions for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint
Sepulchres and all other Persons concerned to
attend this Court to hear and Abide the
Judgment and & Determination of the Court
touching the said Appeal and that [..]

according to Law and Justice
