in London aforesd. (the sd. Street called)the sd street called
Fleetstreet being the Kings Comon highway & used for all the Leige People & Subjects of our
sd: Lord the King & his predecessorsAncestorsto go pass & repass& labouron foot at their free liberty
with horses (arts & Carriages)a Certain Sedan [..] Chair unlawfully & unjustly did Sett
fix put & place & Cause to be Sett fixed putt & placed And the sd: Sedan Chair so
sett fixed putt & placed as aforesd: then & there & at the sd: other times
for a longtime together to Wit for the Spase of 5hours
Unlawfully & unjustly did continue & permitt to be by means whereof the
Kings highway aforesd. then & three at the sd: other times was greatly
Streightned & obstructed So that the Leige people & Subjects of our sd. Lord
the Kingwith horses Carts & Carriagescould not freely go pass & repass [..]
labourAs they used & were went to do To the great damage & Comon Nusance
of All the Liege people & Subjects of our sd: Lord the King in along & through the
Same going Passing & repassing& labouringas aforesd. To the Ill example of all
others in the like Case offending & agt: the peace of our sd. Lord the King his Crown
and dignity
