the said Mr Webb told this Deponent that the said
William Baggatt kept out of the way for fear of
being Arrestd by his Owners, this Deponent them told
the said Mr Webb he was informd the said William
Baggatt had Lodgings in the City but the Said Mr
Webb told this Deponent the said William Baggatt was
in Wales, then this Deponent [..] with the said Mr Webb
a true Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed on the Day
of the Date of the Said Notice

can and cannot Find out any Lodging or Habitation the
said William Baggatt has or any place or house he useth, And this
Deponent Thomas Constable< no role >
on his Oath Saith that he has
Enquird after the said William Baggatt att the house of
one Beverley att Rother hith
who toldwhere this Deponent was toldhr
he was Waterman to the Said Wm Baggatt and that he
should be glad to know where he was for that he did not
know any Lodging or Habitation the said William Baggott had
Sworn at Guildhall
