Brides London Gentlement maketh Oath that he
this Deponent being Informed that Elizabeth
Eastmead
< no role > the Defendant in this Cause dyed on Saturday
the Seventh day of this Instant October at her House
in Oxendon Street near Saint James's Market in the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Feilds in the County of
Middlesex This Deponent did thereupon on Sunday the
Eighth day of this Instant October go to the said House
of the said Elizabeth Eastmead< no role > and there Saw her the
said Elizabeth Eastmead< no role > dead And this Deponent
further Saith he Personally Knew the said Elizabeth
Eastmead
< no role > and that the said Elizabeth Eastmead< no role > was
the same Identical Person who Stood Indicted as
aforesaid.

Sworn in Court the
12th. day of October 1738

Sworn at Justice hall in the Old
Bayly on Thursday the 12th. day
of October 1738 .
