The Information of Wm. Goodall< no role > Taken before me
Sr. Wm Billers< no role > . Kt . and Alderman and one of his
Majesties Justices of the peace in & for the
Said City of London this 29th day of march
1738.

This Informant Volentarily and of his own accord upon
oath Saith that he with one Thomas Raby< no role > did about five
months ago Assault and knock down at about Eleven of
the Clock in the night time in an Alley near Shae lane A
Woman unknown & then & there take from her three Shillings
a Green purse & a hass Counter And that about four months ago
he this Informant The Said Thomas Baby< no role > and one John Pool< no role >
did Assault and beat and threaten to kill a woman unknown
in Fan church Street London & did then and there take from her
a Scarlet Cloak And about three Months ago he this Informant
in Company with one Freeman Collins< no role > Did Assault & violently
beat a Woman unknown in an Alley near Saint Clements Church
in this County of middx and did by force take from for a
Scarlet Cloak & or Short velvit hood And further Saith that
he this Informant in Company with one Thomas Wilson< no role >
did on the 12th day of this Instant March in the night time
in Saint Clements Church yard Assault and Strike a
Woman to this Informant unknown & forcibly take
from her a Bundle Containing three Shifts a Check linnen
Apron & a pair of pattens and a Linnen Handkerchief and
further Saith that the said Freeman Collins< no role > was also present
and Concerned in this last mentioned Robery
