Defendt. was Indicted by as at the last General Sessions
of the peace held at the Guildhall of the City of London
in and for the Same City on the Eighth day of December
last is Removed And that the Deft. has promised
that he will not for the future Commit & Suffer the
like Offence Given under our hands this 9th. Day
of Janry. 1735 .
