Good Credit and worthy Reputation of Selling (by

) in his open Shop Scituate in Thames
Street
in the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the East
in the Ward of Tower in the said City Two Penny Leaves
of Wheaten Bread on the Seventh day of this Instant
January between the hours of twelve and one of the
clock of the same day an to the Said Thomas
Waker which were three Ounces Deficient of their
Just Weight According to the present assize of
Bread, sett by the Court of Alderman of the Said City
Contrary to the Statute in that case made and
provided for which Offence he the Said Robert
Palgrove hath Incurred the penalty of five Shillings
for Every Ounce so Deficient in weight to the use of
the Said Informer as the Statute Directs Given
