The Humble Petition of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Ethelburga
London

Sheweth

That by vertue of an Order of Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the sd. City and the Liberties thereof (one whereof being
of the Quorum Dated the 4 day of Novr. last one Mary
Jones< no role > a Singlewoman was Passed from the Parish of St.
Martins Vintry London to the said Parish of St
Ethelburga's within the said City as the Place of her
last Legall Settlement

Whereby yor. Petr. humbly conceive
themselves Aggrieved by the said Order
or pass Warrant and Judgement of the
said two Justices Therefore humbly [..]
to this Court for Releife in the premisses
