The said Edmund Burke< no role > Maketh Oath that Michael
Dolphins is a Material Witness for him in this Cause And that he
Cannot Safely go to a Tryal without his Testimony thereat
And this Deponent is Credibly Informed and Verily beleives the said
Michael Dolphin< no role > is now in or about Bristol or Bath And this
Deponent verily beleives he shall be able to produce him as a
Witness on his this Deponent behalfe at this Tryal at the
next Sessions but not before
