London maketh Oath that Mary Gearing< no role > his Wife
now [..] Dangerousely Ill with a Cold and Feaver
and is Attended by a Doctor Apothecary and Nurse
and it would be very Dangerouse for her to come
abroad And this Dept Saith his Said Wife was the
person who received the Bad Money from the above
Deft for which She is Indicted and on whose Evidence
the Bill was found and that he apprehends his
Said Wife is the only materiall Witness that can
prossecute this Indictment without whose testimony
this Dept is advised the said Indictment cannot
be tryed
