The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Bridgett als Brides Londdon

Sheweth

That Sarah< no role > the Wife of Phillip Lodge< no role > and her Child by
Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
City of London (Quorn Unus) bearing date the 21st. day of
August last past was Sent from and delivered by the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Andrew Holborn London to the Parish of St. Bridgett
als Brides London as the Place of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners humbly conceiving
themselves Aggreived by the Warrant
and Judgment of the said two Justices
humbly Appeale agt. the Same And pray
such relief therein as to this Honble
Court shall Seem just
