Informant Voluntary maketh Oath & Sayth That on Sunday Morning
between the hours of Twelve and one the 30th day of Janry last He this
Informant in Company with

did
robb a Vessel lying in the River of Thames
over against the Custome
house he the said

getting into the Cabbin Window and
takeing out a Silver Watch a pair of Silver Buckles a pair of Shoes &
a hatt a Bundle of Lunien and Woollen apparell tyed with a Cord
a coat and Waiscoat a Sugar loaf with a peece broke off and a deal box
which Osborne threw over board and the same night this Informant
together with the sd Barnes and Osborne did robb another Vessell lying
against Bear Key he the said Osborne lifting up the Scuttle and takeing
thereout a Strpit, or Checks Bagg wherein there was a Coat & Waiscoat a pair
of Breeches
a pair of Stockings a Stryit muslin Ganderchief and a Shirt
and farther this Informant Sayth not
