To the Right Worpll Sr Richard Brocas< no role > Knight Lord Mayor of
the City of London and to his Majesties Justices of the peace for
the said City Assembled

The humble Peticon and appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in the County of Middlx

Sheweth


That by vertue of a Warrant or order under the hands &
Seales of two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the Said
City (quor unus) bearing date the 27th. day of this Instant
June Sarah Henshaw< no role > aged about Seventeen yeares was
passed from the peace of St. Andrew by the Wardrobe
London to the said parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
as the place of her last legall Settlement

Your Petrs conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant & Judgment of the said two
Justices Humbly appeale to your Worps for
releife in the premises, And process that the
hearing of the said Appeale may be adjoined
to the next Genall qur Sessions of the peace for
this City & that all Parties concerned may be ordered to attend
then.
