The Humble Petition and Appeale of
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Olave
Hart Street London

Humbly Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant or order
under the Hands & Seals of the Rt. Honble. Sr. Richard
Brocas< no role > Knt. Lord Mayor of the said City of London
and Sr. Gerrard Conyers< no role > Knt . Two of His Majties:
Justices of the Peace (Quorum Unus) for the said
City appearing date the 16. day of March last past
Joannah Rea< no role > Singlewoman was removed from
the Parish of St Buttolph without Aldersgate
in the said City Unto the Parish of Saint Olave
Hartstreet abovesaid as the Place of the said Joannah
Rea her last legall Settlement

That Your Petr. conceiving themselves
Aggreived by the said Warrant or Order of
the said Two Justices Doe appeale to Your
Worships Against the Same and have given
due Notice to the said Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Buttolph without Aldersgate of this our
Appeale

Wee Therefore Humbly pray Your Worships
will be pleased to hear Your Petitioners in the
premises and to Have Your Worships Judgement
and Determination touching the Same.

And Your Petrs Shall Ever pray Etc.
