Whereas on ye 6th. Augt. last I entred into a Recognizance with Sufficient Sureties
before the Right Honble the Lord Mayor for my personall Appearance at the yn.
next Sessions of Goal of Delivery to be holden for the City of London to answer
to such mres as on his Majestys behalf shall be Objected agt. me particularly on
Suspicon of feloniously Stealing a promisory notes of £200 from you And Whereas at the
Said Sessions you not having prferred any Indictmt. agt. me my said Recognizance was respited to the [..] next Ensuing
Sessions of GoalofDelivery to be holden for the said City of London
Now these are to give you notice that I will Appear at the said Sessions now
next ensuing according to the Continuance of my Said Recognizance & will be
ready to take my tryal on Fryday next being 16th Instt. upon ye Indictmt.
by you intended to be prferred against me for the said prtended Felony and for yt.
End desire you'l prferr the same as early in the Said Sessions as the Course
of the Court will admitt of; Whereof pray take notice from
